The Central Ohio Innovation Center – Dublin’s next-generation tech park – is being developed at the U.S. 33 and state Route 161/Post Road interchange. The City has committed $52 million for infrastructure improvements at the site, including a rebuilt interchange. The 1,500-acre Innovation Center is expected to spawn spin-off companies and numerous job opportunities. It is estimated that the site will accommodate a total of 1.77 million square feet of future office and/or lab space development.
